The Residence consists of:
• 9 Apartments with one double bedroom
• 8 Apartments with two double bedrooms
• 1 Penthouse
All the apartments have a single or double sofa bed in the lounge, with fully equipped kitchen,with fridge, electric cooking, utensils and cutlery. All of the apartments have satellite TV, and individually controllable central heating.
The private balconies vary from 36 square feet to 630 square feet, according to the apartments. The first floor is 10 yards high of the ground, giving extra privacy and panoramic views from the private terraces of each apartment.
The main post office, supermarket, shops and boutiques, bars and typical restaurants, bank and car rent are all within walking distance. The train station is within a very short walking distance.
All the flats have private bathroom with box-shower, hair-dryer, bath linen and toilette accessories. All the flats are provided with bedroom and bathroom linen and every 3 days we make the cleaning and the change of the linen. At disposal of the clients, is supplied a laundry-room fully equipped with washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron. Self services free of charge. At disposal of the clients a large underground garage with direct access by lift to the floors.Nearest Motorway - A1 - INCISA exit seven minutes from the Residence Panorama - 19 km from "Firenze Sud" (by far the fastest entry into town). Arrived in Figline Valdarno follow the sign STAZIONE, we are next to the train station.
