Payment:
The Dimora Veneziana Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards before guest arrival.
At check-in, the Dimora Veneziana Apartments will charge full payment to your credit card, which was provided at the moment of booking. If this credit card is not authorised then you must pay the full amount in cash at the moment of check-in. If you cannot provide payment in full at check-in, the Dimora Veneziana Apartments is no longer responsible for your accommodation. The Dimora Veneziana Apartments can only guarantee accommodation once they receive full payment at check-in.

Arrival Time:
There is a EUR 40, 00 late check-in fee if you arrive after 21:00. If you plan to arrive after midnight you must notify the Dimora Veneziana Apartments beforehand and the late check-in fee is EUR 60, 00. In both cases, late check-in fees must be paid in full at check-in.
Staff are available for only one hour after the stipulated late arrival time. For stipulated late-arrivals that exceed this time, there will be an additional fee of EUR 20, 00 for every hour that Dimora Veneziana Apartments staff must wait at the residence for your arrival. All additional fees must be paid in full at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
