After careful refurbishing works, which have maintained the original structure, each apartment is fully equipped with all modern comforts, to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The Fattoria Guicciardini building complex was completed in the second half of the 15th- century. The complex has been entirely refurbished and now features the holiday homes, a dancing school, art galleries, and shops.

Maria Cuoca Apartment
Sleeps 2 + 2.
This two-room apartment, which for many years was home to the Guicciardini Farm cook, comprises of a large lounge/kitchen area, a well-lit double bedroom, and a bathroom with bath, and windows looking out onto the antique Via Cellolese.

Porta San Matteo Apartment
Sleeps 4 + 2.
Facing the Medieval Gate of San Matteo in the city walls of San Gimignano, this apartment, measuring 68 m², features a lounge, kitchen with fireplace, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath.

Terzomo Apartment
Sleeps 2 + 2.
All on one level, measuring 67 m², the apartment faces the Medieval Gate of San Matteo and comprises of a small hall, kitchen, lounge, large double bedroom, and bathroom with bath. Entrance from Viale Garibaldi.
Florio Apartment
Sleeps 4 + 2.
Measuring 89 m², the apartment is set over two storeys and features a large lounge, kitchen, two double bedrooms (one of which on the upper floor), and a bathroom with bath. Access to a characteristic well inside the Farm.
Independent entrance from Via Cellolese.
Sant'Agostino Apartment
Sleeps 4 + 2.
Large, comfortable apartment, which looks out onto the beautiful Piazza S. Agostino on one side and the farm garden on the other. The apartment measures 88 m² and comprises of a hall, lounge, large kitchen, two large double bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which has a bath.

By Car:
From Florence:
- Take the A1 motorway.
- Exit at Firenze-Certosa.
- Take the Superstrada towards Siena.
- Exit at Poggibonsi Nord.
- Follow the road signs to S. Gimignano.
- At the Piazzale Martiri Montemaggio (right in front of the Porta San Giovanni with a petrol station on the left-hand side) in San Gimignano, go towards the centre and from there in the direction of the parking, Parcheggio 3.
- Continue on this road and after a view hundred metres turn right through the city gate, Porta delle Fonti.
Follow this road (Via delle Fonti) and at the end turn left and then right again into the Via delle Romite.
- After only a few meters you reach the Piazza Sant'Agostino. On the left-hand side of the square you can see the Fattoria Guicciardini wine shop. Just left, near the shop, there is the entrance of the hall of the Casa-Vacanze Fattoria Guicciardini.
- Unload your luggage and then return to Parcheggio 3 to park your car.
From Siena:
- Take the highway Superstrada Firenze-Siena towards Florence.
- Exit at Poggibonsi Sud.
- Follow the road signs to S. Gimignano.
- Then, as above.
From Pisa:
- Take the highway Superstrada SS1 Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI) in the direction of Richtung Florence.
- At Firenze-Signa, join the A1 superstrada towards Rome.
- After a few minutes take the exit to Firenze Certosa.
- From there join the Superstrada to Siena.
- Exit at Poggibonsi Nord.
- Then as above.
In case that you don't have much luggage it is possible to park and then walk to the hotel. From the car park (where guests of Fattoria Guicciardini receive a discount), take the stairs on the other side of the road that lead up to a small city gate (Porta San Jacopo). From there, follow the road and then take the next right. After a few metres you will reach the Piazza Sant'Agostino.
