Arrival by car:
- Take the A3 motorway from Cologne or Oberhausen until the exit for Ratingen/ Velbert.
- Head towards Dusseldorf until the exit for Dusseldorf/ Essen.
- Follow the A52 towards Dusseldorf until the road ends. Turn left at the traffic lights. Turn right at the second traffic lights.
- You are now on Brehmstrasse. Go straight ahead, past the ice rink; cross the Brehmplatz and the Grafenberger Allee.
- You are now driving on Dorotheeastraße. Just before the underpass turn right into Birkenstrasse then turn right into the second street on the right side.
- This is the Wetterstraße and about 50 m later you will see the on the right-hand side.
Parking: There is an underground car park next to the where you can park for EUR 8 per day.
From the airport: Take the S-Bahn train to the main station. There change to tram number 709 and exit at Birkenstraße/ Wetterstraße. Cross the street into Wetterstraße. After 50m you will see the on the right-hand side.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
