The menu is the creation of Chef Dominic Orsini, formerly of Meritage Resort in Napa and The Waldorf Astoria in New York and who also holds the Executive Chef position at Brannan's Grill just down the street. While Brannans' menu is New American, BarVino is Italian trattoria all the way with the delicious flavor profiles that have made this gem the latest Calistoga hot-spot. The wine features local, small productions wineries that lack tasting facilities and BarVino functions as their tasting room and retail outlet.
