The reception desk is open 24 hours a day and is situated in the BlueBells apartments at Starowislna 22, just a couple of minutes walk from Siesta Apartments.
Staff at the reception desk can help provide guests with tourist information on what to see and do in and around Krakow and can help organise trips to Aushwitz and Wieliczka Salt Mine.
Bed linen and towels are included in all the apartments. Each apartment also has access to a shared kitchen with dishes, cookware, cutlery and coffee and tea.
Krakow’s train station is less than a kilometre away from the apartments.
Transport from the airport is available by prior arrangement.
Room information
Each apartment has two single beds and a double bed.
In the apartment Mezzanin there is an additional double bed.
All apartments have an en suite bathroom and a kitchen that is shared with 2 other apartments. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
The breakfast included in the price of the room consists of two types of corn flakes, muesli and milk.

The apartments are situated in a very quiet, secure area close to the centre of Krakow, less than a kilometre from Kazimierz, Krakow’s historic Jewish district.
Main Market Square (0.8 km) - This is the Old Town’s main square. It dates back to the 13th century and, at 200 metres by 200 metres, it is the largest medieval town square in Europe. The main landmarks of the square are the St. Mary's Basilica (Kościół Mariacki) and the Sukiennice (Cloth Hall).
Wawel Royal Castle and Cathedral (0.8 km) - This is a symbolic place of great significance for Polish people. Polish Royalty and many distinguished Poles are interred in the Cathedral and royal coronations took place there.
