We offer twelve fully furnished apartments in the European district of Brussels, all stylishly decorated and with an area varying from 60 to 130 square metres they can also be called very spacious. These apartments are spread over 3 floors and all accessible via staircase and elevator. The apartments are fully equipped to the highest standard of comfort, with each apartment also having an individual design. We always had comfort and style in mind while furnishing these apartments.

All hotel-services of the ResidenceSilken Silken Berlaymont Brussels, the ResidenceSilken next to the Residence, are available to all residents of our serviced apartments in Brussels. Also included in the lease price of a luxury apartment in Brussels, is an exclusive membership to the Silken Relax Spa.

Our beautifully renovated (2001) "Mansions" date back to 1908 and are situated in a residential area, only a 5 minutes walk from all EU-institutions.

Pets are allowed, reservation is required and charges are applicable.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire ResidenceSilken and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 25.00 per person.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
