The hotel is unable to accept stag and hen parties without direct contact and there is a minimum 2-night stay on all peak weekends.By Car:
- Exit the M55 at junction 4, taking the 3rd turning at the roundabout (A585 North Shore).
- Continue through 2 sets of lights (last one has KFC/McDonald's/Pizza Hut on left).
- At the next lights turn right (signed Zoo, Hospital and Illuminations Traffic).
- Continue for 1.5 miles past the hospital and at next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the dual carriageway.
- Continue for about one mile (over 2 roundabouts), through traffic lights and over a railway bridge.
- At the next lights turn left (Warbreck Hill Road) and continue for 0.75 miles (over a roundabout) until you reach promenade at Gynn Square (roundabout with illuminations lightening tree).
- Turn right onto promenade and Empress Drive is the 3rd turning on right. The Palms is 50 yards on left.
By Train/Bus/Plane:
