There are a number of excellent National Trust and English Heritage properties close to Torbay. Tor Abbey is re-opening after extensive refurbishment, and Agatha Christie's Greenway House and Gardens is worth a visit.
Dartmoor, Dartmouth and Totnes are must-see places for all visitors to Torquay.
Cockington Village, with its thatched cottages, craft centre, extensive gardens and lakes is only 2 km away from the house.
Torquay itself offers a wonderful selection and variety of restaurants, cafes and night life.
Local bus tours: there are a number of local companies offering day trips to local beauty spots.

To preserve a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere for the benefit of guests, Trafalgar House does not accept reservations for children under 8 years, nor reservations for stag parties, hen parties and other similar groups.
Trafalgar House operates a strict non-smoking policy.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
