The Uferpalais boasts a strategic but tranquil location directly on Lake Spandau. Spandau’s historic centre can be reached within minutes on foot or by bus. Berlin’s city centre (Zoologischer Garten railway station) is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Alternatively, you can take public transport from Rathaus Spandau (the journey time is approximately 30 minutes). You can also take advantage of the straightforward motorway connections to Tegel Airport, the international trade fair and central railway station (the journey time is approximately 15-20 minutes).
Travel information
Take the A100 Berliner Stadtautobahn for Charlottenburg. Exit the motorway at Siemensdamm and continue via Siemensdamm, Nonnendammallee and Am Juliusturm to Falkenseer Platz. At the roundabout, take the first road on the right and turn onto Neuendorfer Straße. After approximately 800 metres, you will find the on the right-hand side.
By public transport, take the U7 underground (Rathaus Spandau) or S-Bahn 9 or 75 (Rathaus Spandau). From Rathaus Spandau, take bus 136 or 236 to Neuendorferstraße/ Kirchhofstraße. You will find the after approximately 100 metres on the right-hand side.
