The Western House Hotel opened in June 2005 after a GBP 4.7 million refurbishment. The elegant mansion house was built in the early 20th century and offers excellent facilities for both business and leisure, attaining 4-star status in November 2005 and AA Rosette standard dining in Summer 2006. The Western House Hotel was winner of the prestigious Visit Scotland, Thistle Award for 'Customer Care' In November 2007.
